Building a $1.5 million, 18,000-square-foot house for a Bachelor in Paradise contestant can be done in six weeks.
Called the ‘Bachelorette Mansion,’ the residence was built in the days after the show and features three bedrooms, a gym and dining room.
The mansion is owned by a couple who are currently in the process of moving from Florida to Nashville, Tenn., to be closer to their kids, according to the Daily Mail.

“It’s a dream come true, the whole family is excited,” Ashley and Chris told the Daily Post.
While there are a lot of requirements for building a Bachelor mansion, the couple said they are able to meet them by having a “proper budget” and by being creative.
They also said they’ve been able to “have a little fun” by decorating the house, with a light and sound system, and by adding a pool table.
